Makgwanya Maringa

Makgwanya Maringa is currently acting as the General Manager: Transmission Projects Delivery (TPD). She is an accomplished leader with more than 20 years’ experience in Eskom’s Generation and Transmission (now NTSCA) environments. She holds a National Diploma and a B-Tech in Electrical Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology, and an MBA from Regenesys Business School.

In her role as Senior Manager: Projects Portfolio Delivery (PMO), she has provided strategic oversight for the NTCSA’s capital projects and led key transformation initiatives aligned to the Transmission Development Plan (TDP).

She has enhanced her leadership expertise through Eskom’s Generation Leadership Programme and the Executive Development Programme, and brings a strong record of innovation, operational excellence, and strategic project delivery to her acting role.
